At HolyGrail Comix LLC, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging every order to ensure your comic books, collectibles, and merchandise arrive safely and in the best possible condition.
Order Processing Time
All orders require 3–4 business days for processing, handling, verification, and packaging before shipment.
Please note that the shipping speed selected and paid for at checkout (such as Standard, Priority, Express, etc.) begins after the 3–4 business day order preparation period has been completed.
Shipping carriers’ estimated delivery times do not include our internal processing and preparation time.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, HolyGrail Comix LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, routing issues, service interruptions, or other delivery issues outside of our control.
No refunds will be issued for products, shipping costs, or shipping upgrades due to lateness caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information directly with the carrier once tracking has been provided.
Address Verification Policy
To protect our customers and reduce delivery issues, orders with addresses flagged by our system as incomplete, invalid, or potentially incorrect will be placed on hold.
HolyGrail Comix LLC will send an Email Verification Notice requesting that the account holder:

Review and correct the shipping address if necessary

Confirm that the address on file is accurate
Orders will not be shipped until the account holder has completed this verification process.
Contact Attempts
HolyGrail Comix LLC will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the account holder regarding address verification.
If no response is received, the customer will have 15 days after the third contact attempt to respond to the verification email.
Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the order being cancelled.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
If an order is cancelled due to failure to respond to address verification requests, HolyGrail Comix LLC reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the nature of the order, payment processing fees, preorder status, special-order items, and inventory commitments.
In some cases, cancelled orders may not be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Notice
Due to the collectible nature of comic books, preorder items, exclusive variants, graded books, and certain specialty merchandise, some items may be considered final sale and may not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
By placing an order with HolyGrail Comix LLC, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
